• Contact via WhatsApp, phone or email: the data you provide is processed only to handle your request and your stay.
• Stay data: at check-in, identity document data is collected to comply with legal obligations (notification to public security authorities and tourist tax). Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle it; stay data for the periods required by applicable law.

Recipients

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email inbox; submitting the form involves the processing of your IP address by the provider for anti-spam purposes. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or advertising trackers. Visit statistics are collected in aggregate, anonymous form via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or persistent identifiers. The map embedded on the Contacts page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own technical cookies when you interact with the map.
